Facilitator Training

An effective facilitator helps increase participation, build consensus, handle difficult situations, enable groups to focus and work together creatively, get concrete results and build commitment to action. Any group can benefit from an effective facilitator. We can design and facilitate a session for you or we can provide insight and training into the practice and art of facilitation, including:

  • techniques and skills you can learn
  • working with group dynamics
  • staying neutral and building trust
  • developing your skills through practice
  • incorporating all of these into your personal style and comfort level
