Occasional Papers

The Archaeological Survey of Alberta Occasional Paper series was established in 1976 as a means of disseminating information to archaeological specialists in Alberta. The series included annual reviews of projects carried out within the Province, edited thematic volumes, and monographs. The series was discontinued from 1991 to 2013, but was re-established in 2014 as an online resource.

The Archaeological Survey encourages authors to submit manuscripts for publications on topics of Alberta archaeology. Read the Manuscript Submissions Guidelines to find out how.
