Deadlines and Grant Amendments
Deadlines:
- The Alberta Production Grant accepts applications throughout the year; there are no submission deadlines.
- Applications must be physically received at the Alberta Multimedia Development Fund (AMDF) office before the first day of principal photography.
- Applicants will be provided with a Cut-Off Date in their Grant Agreement based on the production schedule submitted with their application.
NOTE: Applicants may not be entitled to their Grant if all Deliverables are not received by their designated Cut-Off Date. It is the applicant's responsibility to notify the Alberta Multimedia Development Fund if they cannot meet their Cut-Off Date.
Grant Amendments:
- Either party may request an amendment to the Grant Agreement at any time, including but not limited to, a change to their Cut-Off Date, company or project name.
- To amend a Cut-Off Date, please notify the Media Development Consultant in writing including the reason for your delay and your expected completion date.
NOTE: No amendment of the Agreement is effective unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of each of the Government of Alberta and the Applicant.
