Tourism Research Forum

On June 18, 2015, the inaugural Tourism Research Forum, hosted by the Research and Evaluation Unit of Alberta Culture and Tourism, was held at the Sheraton Red Deer Hotel.

The objective was to bring tourism stakeholders together to discuss the relevancy and application of tourism research, statistics and marketing effectiveness, and to identify critical research issues and gaps in the tourism sector.

Presentations were made by Scott Meis of Scott M. Meis Research Associates and Bill Siegel of Longwoods International. The presentations are included here.
