MARK YOUR CALENDARS as the Vitalize Provincial Voluntary Sector Conference comes to the SHAW Conference Centre in Edmonton JUNE 10th, 11th and 12th, 2010. This one-of-a-kind conference provides for a unique professional development and training opportunity for those working or volunteering on behalf of non-profit organizations.
Vitalize is open to all Albertans but is targeted toward non-profit program staff, managers, executive directors, board members and volunteers who work in all aspects of our society from social services to environment and culture.
The Government of Alberta underwrites the cost of this two-day conference to make it affordable for non-profit organizations and charities. For only $120.00 conference delegates will be inspired by leading keynote speakers, connect with others in their field at the Vital Village (exhibitor’s fair), which includes a Cyber Café; and take part in top notch educational and motivational sessions geared towards the specific needs of Alberta’s voluntary sector. Delegates will also be treated to an exciting and entertaining Friday evening affair featuring talented local artists.
