

The 22nd Vitalize provincial voluntary sector conference on June 10, 11, 12 was a huge success with 1050 delegates attending from across Alberta. The opening keynote speaker, Arlene Dickinson from CBC’s Dragon’s Den, brought the conference delegates to their feet with her amazing keynote address. With over 50 sessions to choose from the delegates were able to access training based on their identified needs. The Friday entertainment showcased Alberta’s talented entertainers featuring the Command Sisters, Asani and Gord Bamford. It was truly a great way to end a very busy day. The closing keynote – Paul Huschilt delivered a high spirited presentation on Seven Humour Habits for Workplace Wellness. Overall, Vitalize 2010 was extremely well received by all who attended.
